RECIPE

• 1000g Cake Mix
• 620ml Water
• 110ml Vegetable Oil

METHOD

• Add cake mix to a bowl and add 420ml water and 110ml vegetable oil.
• Mix for 1 minute on a slow speed.
• Scrape down.
• Mix for 4 minutes on a medium speed.
• Add 200ml water.
• Mix for 2 minutes on a slow speed.
• Bake at 165c in a lined tray for approximately 40 minutes.
