The aptly named Splendor Border Mould, part of the Marina Sousa collection by Marvelous moulds, consists of three rows of elegant scrolling flowers.
Whereas creating individual flowers for gum paste can be considerably time consuming, the Splendor Border Mould eliminates all effort and leaves you with an exquisite scrolling floral border pattern that can be repeated and joined around the edge of your cake for a wondrous, unbroken chain of flowers. This mould is fantastic for floral wedding cakes and anniversary celebration cakes as a border or you could even cut the sugarpaste once a mould has been made to get individual flowers to use as additional decorations.
Made with the highest quality, food grade silicone to produce an extremely durable silicone mold that is tear resistant and can withstand temperatures to 204 degrees C/ 400 degrees F.

To use with gum paste, sugarpaste or modelling chocolate, dust the mould lightly with corn flower to make it easier to turn out, roll the paste into the mould so that is uniformed and level and then push out for a perfect finish. For chocolate and liquid substances simply pour into the mould, wait for it to set and push out as before.
