Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety and quality of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened Food Items: Baking Ingredients, Cake Mixes, Chocolate & Candy Melts, Colourings, Flavourings
- Hygiene-Sensitive Products: Edible Cake Decorations, Dried Cake Flowers, Buttercream & Frosting
- Personalized/Custom Items: Custom Cake Toppers, Special Order Cake Figures
- Opened Liquid Products: Airbrush Colours, Edible Paint that have been opened or used
Refund Processing
Timeline
Once we receive your returned item:
- Inspection: 2-3 business days
- Refund Processing: 3-5 business days
- Total Time: 5-8 business days from when we receive your return
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB – refunded to your card
- PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
For exchanges of eligible items:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive the returned product
